Welcome

Welcome to Watercooler time and its first vlog! I wanted to make this vlog because I looked for this type of vlog and didn't find it. I'm a 30-something woman working in finance, I work for a multinational and I'm based in Europe. Although I'm part of a huge group of peers (white-collars) you don't find a lot of blogs talking about their professional lives, what they learned in their career, etc. It seems that the majority of the online vlogs are coming from people that are self -employed and social media stars or hopefuls. I wanted to see what other professionals are doing, see if they have some of the same struggles and successes. Since I mostly work in an office, the name for a blog came naturally. This is some time you take for some watercooler talk.

I hope with this vlog that I can give some of you some perspective, reassurance that sometime we are all in the same boat and hope that maybe it helps just one person out there in one way or another. Hope to see you soon!
